Henry Ford Jackson Hospital is seeking a Nurse Assistant for the Five South unit, working 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Under RN supervision, you perform patient care duties to support safety and comfort, and you contribute to planning and implementing care.
Responsibilities include blood draws, monitoring vitals, venipuncture, team rounding, and communicating concerns to the RN. CNA is preferred; completion of Nurse Assistant program or enrollment in a nursing program is required or equivalent experience.
