- Location: 205 North East Avenue, Jackson, MI 49201
- Start Date: 05/05/2026
- End Date/Duration: Contract-based, with potential for extension
- Shift: 8 or 10-hour shifts (Monday or Friday every week)
- Hours/Week: 32–40 hours
- Employment Type: Locum/Temporary with potential for permanent placement
- License/Certifications: Michigan RN license, ACLS, BLS, PALS, Neurosurgical experience preferred
- Experience: 1+ years as a CRNA; neurosurgical and spinal anesthesia experience preferred
- Hourly Pay Rate: $184.25

- Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures in a hospital setting
- Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases, managing neurological status
- Perform spinal and local infiltration anesthesia as needed
- Manage ventilation and respiratory status throughout procedures
- Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
- Monitor patients continuously pre-, intra-, and post-operation
- Document all care via Epic EMR in compliance with hospital standards
- Respond to emergency airway situations, including intubation
- Maintain patient safety and adhere to hospital policies
Required:
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license in Michigan
- ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications
- At least 1 year of CRNA experience
- Ability to manage general and neurosurgical anesthesia
- Ability to work scheduled shifts with no on-call duties
- Neurosurgical and spinal anesthesia experience
- Strong team collaboration skills
