Optimal Care is implementing Nest Med, an AI, HIPAA secure program that captures visits as they happen. Nest Med can draft roughly 90% of your documentation, including OASIS and HOPE items, assessment answers, narrative, and plan of care. Other organizations who have adopted this platform have seen documentation time drop substantially. That means you can be present with your patient and spend less time taking notes.
