Schedule: Four 10-hour day shifts per week, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM; no weekends or holidays required.

Role OverviewAs a Registered Nurse, you will lead the coordination and delivery of compassionate patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and their families. You'll collaborate with the healthcare team, demonstrate clinical competence, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards, making a direct difference in patient outcomes.

What You Will Do- Provide compassionate patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Delegate, supervise, and document nursing care and patient/family education.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain and demonstrate current clinical knowledge in your area of specialty.
- Work independently and collaborate with principal investigators when appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
- Current BLS or ACLS certification per Henry Ford Health policy.
- Successful completion of Henry Ford Ambulatory orientation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Previous experience in the specialty area, Labor & Delivery (L&D), Postpartum, or Emergency Department (ED/ER).
