Administer anesthesia for general surgical cases, including pediatric and adult patients Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical and spinal procedures Perform spinal and local infiltration anesthesia as needed Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory status throughout surgical procedures Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams under direct supervision Maintain continuous patient monitoring during pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases Document all procedures accurately using Epic EMR Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards Support emergency airway management as needed during surgeries Contribute to approximately 50 surgical cases daily What You Need:
Michigan RN/CRNA license or eligibility BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications Prior anesthesia experience (preferred) Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Strong patient management and communication skills About the Assignment:
