Broad Functions
Supports Facilities within the grounds team.
27+/- hours per week, Monday through Thursday 7am-2:30pm, some Fridays and weekends as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities- Care of trees, shrubs, plants, and landscaping beds
- Trash removal
- Snow removal, if needed
- Parking lot maintenance
- Mowing grass using hand and power mowers
- Trimming
- Raking leaves
- Additional responsibilities as specified by supervisor

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly expected to stand, walk, climb, use hands to finger, handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee will be required to lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds, and to work in inclement weather.
Minimum Qualifications- Operate equipment commonly used in commercial grounds operations
- Basic features within Microsoft Office (Outlook)
- Be customer service oriented
- Personal drive to keep on task to meet deadlines
- Work independently and in a team
- Willingness to learn
