Technique is seeking a Customer Quality Specialist at our Jackson, Michigan facility to own Caterpillar portal communications, PPAP activities in ETQ Reliance, and supplier performance. You will lead quality documents, RCAs, and cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Estimating, and Operations to protect CAT business.
The role requires 5+ years in quality labs with GD&T, CMM/metrology, and PPAP experience, preferably with Caterpillar or other automotive OEMs.
