Responsibilities
- Analyze outage events and investigate OMS data discrepancies
- Validate, correct, and maintain outage and asset data to support reliability reporting
- Ensure data integrity for operational and regulatory reporting requirements
- Review and interpret utility maps, schematics, and system documentation
- Support control center and grid operations activities
- Participate in dispatch and operations training programs
- Assist during storm restoration and emergency response events, including overtime as needed
- Collaborate with operations teams to improve outage reporting accuracy and operational awareness
- Strong critical-thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Experience working with operational systems and data validation
- Ability to read and interpret maps, schematics, drawings, and technical documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in fast‑paced environments
- Comfortable supporting emergency and storm response operations
