ResponsibilitiesOn the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, showcasing how the product meets their needs. You will also participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
ScheduleWork a schedule between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority‑based schedules are released two weeks in advance.

Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience required – training, coaching and tools will be provided to help you meet and exceed your goals.
CompensationRetail Sales Consultants earn between $40,000 and $63,000 annually, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities. Starting salary depends on geography, experience, expertise and education or training. Salary range is achieved when all sales goals are met or exceeded.
