What You'll Do

• Represent discerning buyers and sellers with white glove service from first contact to closing.
• Guide clients confidently through every step of the home buying and selling journey.
• Build a refined personal brand backed by the reputation and resources of Sage Premier and Reinhart Realtors.
• Negotiate contracts and advocate skillfully for your clients' best interests.
• Leverage premium marketing, CRM tools, and technology to manage your pipeline with precision.
• Grow your business through ongoing coaching, accountability, and one-on-one mentorship.
• A boutique, reputation-driven team known for elevated service and refined marketing across Mid-Michigan and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Michigan Real Estate License required (or currently enrolled in the licensing process).
• Polished communication skills and a natural ability to build client relationships.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, mobile apps, and digital marketing tools.
• Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable representing a premium brand in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a genuine desire to build a lasting business.

Compensation

• Expected annual earnings: $25,000.00 – $+
• Commission-based compensation with no earning cap.
