Customer Development Representative

Join Uni First as a Customer Development Representative in our Sales & Business Development team. You'll prospect, qualify, and develop new business for our uniform rental and facility service programs while growing existing accounts. Partner with route/service teams to ensure customer satisfaction, conduct site visits, deliver product recommendations, and prepare proposals. Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new B2
• B customers for uniform rental and facility service programs
• Conduct discovery calls and on-site needs assessments with potential and existing customers
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing quotes
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools and follow a structured sales process
• Partner with service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing accounts
• Track sales activity, results, and forecasts to meet or exceed sales targets
• Maintain strong product knowledge of workwear, facility services, and rental program solutions
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and support contract renewals
