Lester Brothers is looking for an experienced Commercial Site Foreman to take charge of high-impact excavation and construction projects. What You’ll Do
  • Lead and supervise crews on commercial excavation and site projects
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify needed maintenance or repairs; perform or request repairs and adjustments to equipment
  • Operate equipment, including excavators, dozers, loaders, skid steers, and graders
  • Read blueprints and grade stakes to ensure work is done right the first time
  • Keep the jobsite safe, organized, and running efficiently
  • Maintain records of time worked and materials used, utilizing an iPad and various apps
  • Train and mentor newer team members
  • Coordinate with the crew to move materials
  • Communicate daily with project managers and estimators
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong experience in excavation, new construction, and commercial site work.
  • Experience with heavy machinery to dig, move, and grade earth according to blueprints
  • Proven leadership and job site management skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and manage new construction projects
  • Valid driver’s license (Chauffeur’s license/DOT card or ability to obtain)
  • Ability to work long hours and Saturdays as needed during our busy season
  • Must have physical strength, balance, hand‑eye coordination, and stamina
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions
  • Experience with Trimble GPS strongly preferred
