Perfection Commercial Services is hiring for a very physical labor position in Homer, Michigan. Work days are Thursday through Monday, 6 AM to 2 PM, with an hourly rate of $18. The job requires shoveling, sweeping piles of sand, and wearing a respirator.
Benefits include weekly pay, paid training, and paid time off for eligible full‑time employees. Applicants must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions such as bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, and squatting.
