Work Environment:

• Gillespie Group is an in-person workplace.

• All team members are expected to work onsite Monday through Friday during standard business hours, unless otherwise specified by their role or designated shift.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Prolonged physical activity that requires the ability to exert up to 20 lbs of force consistently and 50 lbs of frequently, the ability to move or lift up to 100 lbs occasionally. Ability to frequently operate standard tools, travel by car between properties and the ability to climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, general education degree or related Vocational Training and 2 years of property management maintenance including knowledge of plumbing, appliances, mechanical, electrical, drywall repair, HVAC systems, and carpentry experience or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Experience with capital improvement projects, operational reporting and budget guidelines
• EPA Tier 2 Certification or ability/willingness to achieve in 90 days
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency to ensure all service requests are responded to in a timely manner.
• Ability to display effective communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Gillespie Group requires a background and drug screen as a condition of employment and passing of required physical testing.
• A valid driving license, vehicle, and current automobile insurance are required.
• The position requires individuals to furnish their own vehicle to fulfill all the job's functions.
