Responsible for the oversight of the clinical and case management services for children and adolescents with emotional/behavioral issues, families, and treatment foster families in our program.

The Coordinated Entry Navigator supports the local coordinated entry (CE) system within the local homeless coalition to improve access to housing and services for people experiencing homelessness.

The Mobile Outreach Specialist provides community-based outreach, crisis response, prevention services, and supportive services to youth and young adults ages 24 and younger who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness.

Individuals will work in a mental health outreach program for high‑risk individuals ages 5+ with co‑occurring disorders and will be focused on school-based therapy in Green Bay area schools and/or therapy at outside partner locations.
