Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Awake Overnight
Location: GH 12 – Jackson, NJ 08527
Type: Part‑time, Awake Overnight Shift
Salary: $20.75 per hour ($22.75 per hour on weekends)
Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living—including administering medication, preparing meals, personal hygiene, and transportation to medical appointments.
- Support the implementation of individualized behavioral plans and teach new skills using effective teaching and mentoring techniques.
- Encourage residents’ interests and facilitate community outings and recreational activities.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation and report any concerns related to health and safety.
- Promote an environment of dignity and respect for all residents.
- Sunday 11pm – 8am
- Friday 11pm – 9am
- Saturday 11pm – 8am
Additional shift options available: 7am – 3pm, 3pm – 11pm, and 11pm – 9am.

Experience working with individuals who have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities is preferred, but not required. Candidates must be compassionate, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, remain calm and professional in challenging situations, and desire to make a difference.
