CDL A Drivers & Recent Get Home Weekends on No Touch Freight (Full Time)

Regional account looking for Class A CDL Drivers who are experienced or newly graduating from truck driving school. This account features home weekends for your 34‑hour reset with weekly pay ranging from $1,100 to $1,700 depending on experience and performance. All freight is no touch.
- Drivers earn $0.56 to $0.65 CPM based on experience with up to $0.08 CPM/month in safety and productivity bonuses. Drivers run 1700 to 2400 miles per week and are home every weekend for their 34‑hour reset. All freight is no touch and a mix of drop and hook and live unload.
- The average weekly pay ranges from $1,100 to $1,700. Trainees are paid $800 to $900 per week during training. Trainees will run for 5–6 weeks and start mileage rate of $0.56 CPM.
- Driver routes: as far west as Kansas, as far south as Georgia, as far east as Pennsylvania and as far north as Minnesota. Experienced drivers can have a rider (12 and older) and a pet (≤40 lbs) from day one. Trainees can have a rider and pet after completing training. Full benefits, including medical, dental, PTRO vision, and more, are provided after 30 days.
- Orientation 2 days; company pays for travel, food, and pays $300 upon completion.
- Most trucks are Freightliner Cascadia models that are two years old or newer.
- Drivers must live within 300 miles of Gary and will run as far west as Kansas, as far south as Georgia, as far east as Pennsylvania and as far north as Minnesota.
- Valid Class A License.
- Cannot have been terminated from a Class A CDL driving job in the last 12 months and not more than once in the last 5 years.
- Driving record:
No more than one onroad at‑fault accident or DOT recordable accident in the last two years. - No major DOT recordable accidents in the last five years (e.g., roll over, jack‑knife, etc.). All rear‑end accidents must be one year or older.
- No more than two moving violations in the last two years. No serious moving violations in the last year. Inclusive of 15+, seatbelt, handheld, leaving the scene of an accident. Note 30+ is DQ for 3 years.
