Work ScheduleThis position is on the night shift working 12‑hour rotating shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM on a 2‑2‑3 schedule, including some weekends.
Starting Pay Rate$19.00 /hr with $1.00 /hr shift premium.
Key Responsibilities- Perform picking, packing, shipping, and replenishment activities
- Use RF scanners and other warehouse systems with minimal supervision
- Operate powered industrial material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack, Combilift)
- Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standards
- Identify and report process or safety concerns
- Train, mentor, and provide guidance to Warehouse Associate employees
- Escalate inventory damage, shortages, or issues to a team lead or supervisor
- 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution with working knowledge of warehouse processes and safety procedures
- 1 year of Warehouse Management Systems experience required; SAP preferred
- Preferred experience with inventory control activities
- Forklift license preferred
- Must be able to work 12‑hour night shifts (6:00 pm - 6:00 am) on a rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule
