The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting warehouse operations through various tasks, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. This role involves maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and upholding safety standards. The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse and contributing to the company’s logistical and operational goals.
- Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy and condition of products.
- Store items in designated locations, maintaining organization and accessibility.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring products are handled safely and securely.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of shipping documents and labels.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse activities.
- Accuracy of order picking and packing.

- Inventory accuracy and stock level maintenance.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) safely.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a warehouse setting.
