SUMMARY
:
Technical product support and pricing assistance to sales force and customer base. Order processing to include order preparation, entry and maintenance. Order follow-up to include customer set-up, credit, tax issues and expediting. Administer RGA’s and replacement orders. Administer customer response system by detailing the issues involved and generate the document. Heavy telephone work to respond to requests for price and availability, order status and expediting, referrals to Representatives and distributors and answers or refers product, technical and application questions .
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Order processing, pricing, invoicing, and portal billing: ensure accuracy and timeliness of customer orders
- Customer service for both internal and external customers, verify and update orders
- Work closely with our Sales team to coordinate information
- Maintaining service accounts
- Provide technical information, product information, and literature to current and potential customers
- Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software system
- Administrative support and general office tasks
- General office tasks
- Technical product support and pricing assistance to sales force and customer base.

- Administer Returned Good’s Authorization (RGA’s) and replacement orders.
- Administer customer response system by detailing the issues involved and generate the document.
- Heavy telephone work to respond to requests for price and availability, order status and expediting, referrals to Representatives and distributors and answers or refers product, technical and application questions.
- Proficiency in MS-Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
- Knowledge of an ERP and CRM system a plus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must have a team-first / professional mentality and be willing to help and support teammates as needed.”

- 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
