We are seeking an Administrative & Fiscal Support Specialist (Advanced) to play a key role in our financial operations, grant support, and internal controls. This is a newly created position developed as part of a strategic reinvestment in organizational excellence.
The role of the Administrative & Fiscal Support Specialist is indeed pivotal in ensuring the organization’s mission of providing high‑quality, compassionate behavioral health treatment. This position not only enhances financial operations but also guarantees strict management of fiscal documentation, thus contributing to the sustainability and effective delivery of life‑saving services.

What You’ll Do- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Maintain organized, audit‑ready fiscal and administrative records
- Assist with grant documentation and reporting support
- Prepare spreadsheets and reports using advanced Excel
- Support budgeting, reconciliations, and internal controls
- Coordinate administrative and compliance documentation
- Associate’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (required)
- AP/AR, bookkeeping, or fiscal administration experience (preferred)
- Grant or nonprofit experience (preferred)
