Typical duties include, but are not limited to:

• Serves as the Concur Travel Administrator (CGE) and Administrative Officer for the Government Travel Card Program. Continually monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of the administrative program.
• Monitors and analyzes active accounts monthly for transaction authorization, posting, misuse, override, and delinquency.
• Provides guidance to management for the development and maintenance of policy directives, program objectives, and administrative concepts related to the training and travel program for managers and employees.
• Disseminates information concerning opportunities internal and external agency training, forthcoming Government sponsored conferences and symposia, mandatory annual training, and various other training courses. Provides information on number of personnel in attendance in various types of courses, both internal and external attendance to other federal agencies.
• Serves as Historical Report Analyst; sustains up-to-date knowledge of VA and OTM policies to ensure organization's compliance with rules and regulations relating to a variety of programs, processes, and audits.

This position is eligible for situational (ad hoc) telework only. The selectee is required to report to the official duty station each scheduled workday. Telework may be approved only on a case-by-case basis with supervisory approval. Routine or recurring telework is not authorized for this position.
