• Conduct risk control surveys and services for large and complex accounts within the assigned region
• Oversee the delivery of risk control services, ensuring high-quality support to policyholders
• Produce detailed reports and recommendations to support underwriting decisions and risk selection
• Design and deliver strategic service plans addressing key loss drivers and operational exposures
• Build strong relationships with policyholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service strategies

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of eight years of experience in a risk control or safety role
• Preferred certifications such as ASP, CSP, or ARM
• Advanced knowledge of safety standards and regulations, including OSHA and NFPA
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

• Experience in industrial, construction, fire, and commercial automotive safety
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences
• Self‑motivated and highly organized with the ability to work independently
