Return Mail And Address Hygiene Coordinator

Funto Network is seeking a Return Mail and Address Hygiene Coordinator for an active RFP opportunity: MDES RFP No. 2026-01 - Printing and Mailing Services. MDES is seeking a qualified vendor for comprehensive design, print, labeling, sorting, bulk mailing, return mail, secure data handling, reporting, and related printing/mailing services.

Core Responsibilities:

• Coordinate returned mail intake, scanning/imaging, bad address reporting, address correction workflows, returned checks handling, and MDES reporting.
• Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with Funto Network and related consultants to support a complete, professional response.
• Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness.

• Relevant experience for this RFP-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements.
• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured submission requirements.

Earnings, Payments, and Tax Records:

Consultants will be able to track project earnings, payment status, and tax records inside the Funto Network mobile app. Approved payments for this RFP opportunity will be processed through the app, and consultants will be able to request withdrawals from their available balance directly inside the app. The app will also provide access to relevant payment history and tax-related records for consultant tracking and reporting.
