Business Process Analyst

Primary Talent Partners has a 9 month contract opening for a Business Process Analyst to join a national energy and utilities company for an onsite position operating out of Jackson, MS.

Pay: $37.00/hr - $42.00/hr contract: 9 months, extensions likely, conversion possible. Type: W-2, cannot support C2C or provide visa sponsorship.

Schedule:

Day will start at 7:30am can work 7
-10's.

Responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting decision-making through data analysis and stakeholder collaboration. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring business needs are clearly defined and addressed.

• Lead business analysis efforts for projects and initiatives
• Analyze complex data sets and business processes
• Develop recommendations to improve efficiency, performance, and profitability
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirement‑gathering sessions
• Create detailed reports, presentations, and business cases
• Mentor junior analysts and review their work

• College degree preferred, though not required;
  High School Diploma required
• 4-7+ years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical, presentation, and business acumen
• Former experience within energy / utilities preferred
