We are currently searching for a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join our growing Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services consulting practice. You will contribute to some of the most important activities in our firm which include operating and growing the business, serving the client, developing people, and shaping our culture.

As a member of our team, you will support organizations who have selected Workday Adaptive Planning as their Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solution . The Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant will be part of a team that implements, supports, and uses Workday Adaptive Planning to help clients improve their financial reporting, planning and forecasting processes. As part of this team, the position will work with a wide variety of projects and roles.

Role Summary
Delivers assigned implementation work streams while developing expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning configuration, integrations, reporting, and client advisory. Serves as a trusted project team member and mentors associate consultants.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment by delivering assigned work streams, maintaining high-quality deliverables, and meeting project timelines and client expectations
• Facilitate working sessions with client teams to map out their business operations, define goals for their planning cycles, and identify key metrics that drive decision-making
• Build, configure, and maintain financial forecasting and planning models in Workday Adaptive Planning, ensuring they meet client requirements…
