Analyst, Sr Lead

Provides leadership and guidance on project assignments and analysis for a functional area.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assigns projects to junior analysts based on skill set and expertise.
• Defines protocols and requirements for data quality control and ensures that all analysis and project work adheres to requirements.
• Provides industry expertise and applies best practices to project work based on experience.
• Interacts with leadership throughout the organization to understand issues requiring analysis.
• Mentors junior analysts in project management, goal setting and other related areas.
• Stays abreast of regulatory or political changes that may impact Entergy policy decision making.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business related field required or equivalent work experience, Master's Degree is a plus.
• At least 8 years of professional experience.
• Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office:
  Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Work Conditions:

Office environment with minimal physical requirements. As a provider of essential services, Entergy expects its employees to be available to work additional hours, to work in alternate locations, and/or to perform additional duties in connection with storms, outages, emergencies, or other situations as deemed necessary by the company. Exempt employees may not be paid overtime associated with such duties.
