Regulatory Compliance Specialist
- Pay or shift range: $60,000 USD to $70,000 USD
This is an estimated pay range for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

The Safety Specialist evaluates and enforces safety protocols followed on various job sites. The employee will ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies and standards (including OSHA, ANSI, VOSH, etc.). Candidates with ISA, CTSP, and Pesticide License Cat 6 are preferred.

- Organize safety training for employees and report problems to management.
- Visit job sites weekly to conduct safety audits on personnel, equipment, and material.
- Research and implement new materials handling processes and safety training.
- Analyze accident reports and evaluate injuries.
- Prepare and conduct safety training sessions for employees and vendors.
- Review injury and incident inquiries and evaluations.
- Experience in construct and/or tree industry.
- 6+ years’ experience in the Line Clearance Tree Trimming industry.
- ISA Certification
- CTSP Certification preferred.
- Certification in all Company training modules.
Position requires employee to be able to pass a background check and drug screen as required for this job.
