Pine Forest is seeking a Business Office Manager to evaluate and monitor the financial viability of referrals to Vanguard facilities. You will communicate financial and benefit information to residents and family members, collect patient liabilities, copays, and private pay charges, and administer the resident trust and census data.
You will also manage Medicaid eligibility processes, coordinate with Admissions, handle pre-authorizations, and report financial data to the corporate office.
