United Contractor Services is a rapidly growing national commercial construction company specializing in drywall, metal studs, acoustical ceilings, EIFS, stucco, and painting. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to support our clients across the United States and help deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Qualifications

* Minimum 2+ years of commercial construction experience, including prior experience as a superintendent

* Ability and willingness to travel nationwide to project sites

* Proficiency in layout of complex construction projects

* Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural plans, and structural drawings

* Proven experience managing and maintaining project schedules

* Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to quality

* Excellent communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

* OSHA 30 certification required

* Comfortable using technology and cloud-based reporting systems (training and tools provided)

Responsibilities

* Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from planning and scheduling through completion

* Coordinate daily with project managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain workflow and ensure timely delivery of materials and services

* Lead and supervise construction crews, providing direction, support, and accountability

* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations and building codes

* Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track

* Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders

* Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety aligned with industry best practices
