The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee various phases of commercial metal stud and drywall projects from inception to completion.
  • Understand project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure work is being carried out according to plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project status, timelines, and any changes.
  • Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
  • Ensure that all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. (preferred)
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and other construction management tools. (preferred)
  • Previous experience in the Construction industry. (preferred)

  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering them on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations related to metal stud and drywall work.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and OSHA regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
