Commercial Construction Superintendent United Contractor Services – National Travel Role
United Contractor Services is a rapidly growing national commercial construction company specializing in drywall, metal studs, acoustical ceilings, EIFS, stucco, and painting. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to support our clients across the United States and help deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Please Note – This Is a National Travel Position:
This role requires the ability and willingness to travel to project sites throughout the United States. Lodging and a meal per diem are company-paid while traveling, and mileage is reimbursed at a competitive rate.
- Minimum 2+ years of commercial construction experience
, including prior experience as a superintendent - Ability and willingness to travel nationwide to project sites
- Proficiency in layout of complex construction projects
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
, architectural plans, and structural drawings - Proven experience managing and maintaining project schedules
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to quality
- Excellent communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Comfortable using technology and cloud-based reporting systems (training and tools provided)

- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from planning and scheduling through completion
- Coordinate daily with project managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain workflow and ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Lead and supervise construction crews, providing direction, support, and accountability
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders
- Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety aligned with industry best practices
