Job Responsibilities:
- Operate skid steer equipment safely and efficiently on active construction sites.
- Dig, lift, push, and haul construction materials such as dirt, gravel, debris, and other site materials.
- Load and unload materials while maintaining production goals.
- Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and cleanup.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Work closely with site supervisors and crew members to complete projects on schedule.
Key Requirements:
- 4–5 years of verifiable skid steer operating experience required.
- Previous experience working on commercial or heavy construction projects.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Shifts:
Monday-Friday 10 hour shifts Saturday 8 hour shifts Duration:
Temp-Perm
