Dickerson & Bowen is seeking a Construction Laborer to support asphalt paving and related construction activities at project sites in central and southern Mississippi. Responsibilities include site preparation, grading, paving support, traffic control, shoveling, and setting up stringline layouts to ensure efficient, high-quality execution.
Role requires ability to lift 50–100 pounds, stand or walk long periods, and work with equipment operators. CDL B and tanker endorsement are required.
