Responsibilities
- Lead on-site safety training and orientations for all workers
- Perform daily safety audits and identify potential risks
- Conduct incident investigations and recommend corrective actions
- Support development of safety plans for high-risk activities
- Provide real-time guidance to field teams on hazard prevention
- Track and report site safety metrics and performance
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- 4+ years of experience in construction safety
- Working knowledge of OSHA (CFR 1926) regulations
- Strong communication skills (comfortable leading groups)
- Ability to identify risks and drive proactive solutions
- Proficiency with safety systems and technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Active construction job sites (outdoor work, walking, climbing, lifting)
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat
