Construction Manager/ Foreman, Site Manager
At Ander Corp, we're looking for an experienced Superintendent to join our team and help lead the successful delivery of exceptional construction projects.

What You'll DoAs a Superintendent, you'll be responsible for directing and coordinating all field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
You’ll serve as a key representative of Ander Corp, building trust with clients, trade partners, and project stakeholders throughout every phase of construction.
Key responsibilities include:- Leading and promoting a strong jobsite safety culture
- Managing daily field operations and onsite coordination
Driving project schedules and subcontractor performance - Maintaining quality control and adherence to plans and specifications
- Coordinating inspections, logistics, material deliveries, and site activities
- Leading trade meetings, safety talks, and preparatory meetings
- Collaborating closely with project managers, owners, consultants, and trade partners
- Supporting project budgeting, closeout activities, and issue resolution
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of construction experience5+ years of field supervision experience
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods
Proven leadership and communication skills - Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Experience with construction technology, scheduling software, and project management platforms
