Customer Service Rep

Sirius Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time onsite opportunity in Jackson, MS.

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer support by handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, documenting interactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Answer inbound customer calls to provide support, resolve issues, and respond to inquiries.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, provide updates, and conduct service outreach.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Document all customer interactions accurately within the customer management system.
• Meet or exceed performance goals related to call quality, productivity, response times, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, privacy requirements, and security standards.
