• Lead the daily operations of the service drive and ensure smooth workflow
• Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly service to every customer
• Take ownership of the customer experience from arrival to completion
• Provide concierge‑level support for all customer inquiries (phone & in‑person)
• Maximize technician productivity by efficiently dispatching work
• Answer questions related to vehicle concerns, services, and warranties
• Assist with diagnosing issues and coordinating parts and repairs
• Monitor and maintain high Customer Satisfaction (CSI) scores
• Oversee warranty processes and ensure compliance with policies
• Support and help lead the service team while fostering a positive work environment
• Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and internal teams

• Organized, outgoing, and customer‑focused personality
• Experience in an Automotive Service Department
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Track record of service success and customer satisfaction
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
