Job Title
In this position, you will be responsible for answering calls from customers, designated agents and motor vehicle licensed dealers, and troubleshooting issues with the motor vehicle title and registrations. In addition, you will be responsible for handling the phone calls in a timely and efficient manner.

- Maintain a courteous and friendly attitude when interacting with customers
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
Preferred Qualifications Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma or high school equivalency and 4 years of experience.
