Job Summary:

Customer Service Representative will provide customer service to all Exell customers and provide administrative support to the Exell staff.

Shift time 7:30am - 4:30pm. Ridgeland, MS location

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Lives and models BROWN VALUES in everything we do.
• Answering numerous customer phone calls
• Routes incoming customer calls to appropriate departments
• Updates customer information in data base
• Records coffee and water inventory levels and submits PO to purchasing
• Generates customer invoices that need to be expedited
• Daily upload of documents to data base
• Sending out end of the day reports to field teams
• Assists in scheduling filter installations
• Inputs new clients into the database
• Assist customers with appointment requests
• Provides administrative support to all Exell staff
• Back up for Accounts Receivable

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds

Work Environment:

• Majority of work is done in the office setting.

• 1 year of office / administrative/ customer service experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents
• Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft office products
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
