Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Rate: $60–$70 an hour

• Blazor Server Expertise:
  Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience building applications with Blazor Server.
• Design System
  
  Experience:
  
  Proven track record of working within or building a design system, including component creation and documentation.
• UI Fundamentals:
  Strong grasp of user interface principles, including layout, typography, responsiveness, and accessibility.

• Build reusable UI components and patterns using Blazor Server as part of a scalable design system.
• Architect and implement the front‑end structure for applications with a focus on usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Guide junior designers and developers; provide mentorship and code reviews.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives; ensure alignment with design and development milestones.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and external design partners to translate design concepts into functional interfaces.
• Contribute to key deliverables including component libraries, documentation, and production‑ready UI modules.

• At least 3 years of Blazor Server development.
• Experience building or maintaining a design system, including component creation and design documentation.
• Strong UI fundamentals: layout, typography, responsiveness, accessibility.

• Proficiency in JavaScript for enhancing interactivity and integrating with Blazor.
• Experience with automated UI testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and front‑end integration with backend services.
