ROLE DESCRIPTIONCCD Architects is seeking a motivated Registered Architect or experienced Architectural Designer to serve as a Project Manager. Candidates should have a minimum of five (5) years of experience working in an architecture firm and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. This role involves leading projects from programming through construction, coordinating consultants, managing schedules and budgets, and maintaining clear communication with clients and contractors.
QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Professional architectural license preferred
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of construction documents, design principles and building aesthetics
- Proficiency in Revit
- Demonstrated experience in project management, including programming, scheduling, budgeting, and multi-disciplinary consultant coordination
- Ability to travel to job sites and observe construction activities, including climbing ladders and scaffolding as needed
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and communicate clearly with clients and contractors
