Primary Care Physician (PCP) - Gulfport, MS and Mobile, AL
Base Compensation: $$250K or more depending on experience
Sign‑On Bonus: $15K
Annual Incentive Bonus: up to 28% if Base Salary
Join a team‑based care model designed to let physicians spend more time with patients and see smaller panels
. You’ll work alongside APPs, pharmacists, care coordinators, behavioral health, and coding support to deliver high‑quality, value‑based care for seniors.
- Evaluate and treat patients according to established standards of care
- Coordinate specialty referrals, hospital/SNF transitions, DME, and home health
- Participate in daily team huddles and collaborate with clinical leadership
- Complete timely, accurate documentation with coding support
- Review outcomes and quality metrics with the Lead Physician
- Focus on direct patient care plus related administrative duties
- MD or DO from an accredited program
- Active/unrestricted state license (or willing to obtain)
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Active DEA, Medicare & Medicaid numbers
- Strong communication skills and commitment to team‑based, value‑driven care
- Comfortable using EMR systems
- HEDIS/STARS, CAHPS/HOS knowledge
- Experience in Medicare Advantage or underserved communities
- Guaranteed base salary + bonus
