Objective

To provide operational leadership for St. Andrew’s Auxiliary programs, focusing on improvement of staffing and management of the After School Care programs, and strategically expanding the School Year Day Camp program into a premier, revenue-generating “Saints Experience” for the St. Andrew’s community.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities After School Care (ASC) Leadership
  • Staffing Lifecycle:
    Lead the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of all part-time ASC staff and enrichment instructors.
  • Training & Retention:
    Design and implement staff training focused on Responsive Classroom principles, safety protocols, and the school’s mission.
  • Hands‑on Supervision:
    Provide daily, on‑site presence and supervision for students and staff during all ASC hours.
  • Compliance:
    Work with Human Resources and the Business Office to ensure all staff have completed the onboarding process and that payroll is processed efficiently, including semester‑based pay for Enrichments Teachers.
School Year Day Camps Growth
  • Program Expansion:
    Identify and implement new “School’s Out” camp dates to increase the annual auxiliary calendar and revenue.
  • Curriculum Innovation:
    Develop “premium” camp elements, including off‑campus field trips, guest speakers, and advanced art or STEM projects.
  • Branding & Marketing:
    Collaborate with the Marketing department to brand and implement a comprehensive plan for Day Camps to grow capacity and attendance.
  • Data Analysis:
    Maintain and analyze statistical data related to camp participation to inform future planning and revenue growth.
Departmental Operations & Logistics
  • Enrichment Programs:
    Manage the registration, scheduling, daily logistics, and instructor pay for Fall and Spring enrichment classes.
  • Special Event Supervision:
    Oversee the logistics for the Morning Inter‑campus Shuttle and provide necessary supervision for Football Games and other auxiliary events.
  • Communication:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for parents regarding After School Care and School Year Day Camp student matters and program logistics.
  • Technology:
    Expertly manage program data using G Suite, Camp Site software, and Paycom for time and attendance.
Work Environment

This job operates in a professional school environment. Physical demands include being able to walk for long periods of time and to lift 20 lbs.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a full‑time, twelve‑month position. Occasional weekend and evening work will be required.
