Assesses and coordinates the training and educational needs of healthcare professionals in an assigned area to support staff development and performance improvement.
Education and Experience
Required:
Degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) and two (2) years of experience in healthcare, education, or program coordination.
Certifications, Licenses, or Registration required:
N/A
Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements orientation programs and materials for staff within an assigned area or unit.
- Evaluates training needs to ensure effective education and skill development.
- Monitors and analyzes staff performance data to identify opportunities for ongoing professional development.
- Provide mentoring and coaching to staff while supporting the integration of developmental best practices and professional fulfillment initiatives.
- Plan and facilitate educational programs and special events to promote professional development and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Build partnerships with community organizations and/or payers to provide support and promote choices through outreach and education.

Physical and Environmental Demands:
