Paycom is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Caterpillar and allied electric power generation products at customer locations. The role requires hands-on diagnostics, engine and switch gear work, and thorough reporting from a field service truck.
Expect long hours, travel, and occasional emergency calls. Applicants should have a strong background in diesel engines, electrical systems, and field service operations, with excellent customer service
