As a Quality Control Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of driving excellence across manufacturing processes—ensuring products meet the highest standards while continuously improving performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll partner with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to solve complex challenges, strengthen compliance, and elevate quality systems. ** How you’ll make an impact
*** Drive compliance to standard work and implement effective process controls
* Investigate defects, test failures, and customer issues to identify root causes
* Lead corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence
* Analyze production and quality data to support problem-solving efforts
* Develop and maintain inspection plans, control plans, and PFMEAs
* Conduct process and product audits to ensure quality standards are met
* Support internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory reviews
* Partner with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
** Your Background
*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
* Experience with quality systems such as ISO 9001 and process control methods
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (e.g., root cause analysis, Lean, DMAIC)
* Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schematics
