We collaborate extensively across the broader design engineering organization, including simulation, powertrain, hydraulics, electrical, cab, and software teams. Our work is tightly integrated with validation teams to ensure designs meet functional and durability standards. Downstream, we engage with manufacturing, quality, and marketing to ensure smooth product delivery and alignment with customer expectations.
Your Impact- Working hands‑on with test equipment, collecting and analyzing data in the test lab and out in the field.
- Evaluating test feasibility and coordinating work efforts to meet project requirements.
- Applying in‑depth knowledge of computer applications and test processes to accomplish testing requirements.
- Analyzing collected data and writing reports to effectively communicate and archive technical information.
- Working with design engineers, build technicians, suppliers, and the program team to develop a world‑class product.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering.
- In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 4+ years of experience as a Test Engineer will be considered.
- Holds a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and can safely operate equipment and machinery, including lifting and handling frames weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Preferred:
Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on experience using 3D CAD software (CREO), along with NVH testing and analysis, including Noise, Vibration, and Harshness evaluation. - Minimum of 1 year of experience working with data acquisition and analysis tools such as eDAQ, LMSTest.
Lab, LMS SCADAS, and nCode Glyph Works, and instrumentation including accelerometers, strain gauges, and pressure transducers.
- This position will pay within the range of $54k–$100k, based on experience.
- This position is eligible for a bonus based on 8% of the compensation.
