Operations Process Improvement Specialist
- Contract
- Create and deploy the future state of the Modification Overhaul Repair (MRO) operations in terms of planning, scheduling, material flow, manufacturing and inventory position.
- Create value stream maps, define new layout and process standardization.
- Support development of Capital Approval Request and analyze data required to justify investment – business case.
- Lead CI activities such as time studies, standard work, value stream management, line balancing and layout deployment.
- Support manufacturing simulation analysis.
- Document and transfer best practices across Eaton Aerospace Group.
- This position requires use of information or access to hardware subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical field.
- Operations and Lean manufacturing experience +5 years.
- Industrial manufacturing – MRO (repairs) experience preferred.
- Shop floor experience and hands‑on mentality.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Team player.
- Good communicator.
