Client OverviewOur client is a worldwide conglomerate specializing in energy and services. They operate mainly in three critical sectors: low‑carbon electricity generation (with a focus on natural gas and renewables), energy infrastructures, and customer solutions. Currently, they are looking to add a Temporary Financial Analyst to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate$37/hr
Position OverviewOur client is seeking a Temporary Financial Analyst for a three‑month project. This individual will play a pivotal role in building comprehensive reports in Power BI for workforce planning, collaborating closely with our finance and HR teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both finance and analytics and have the ability to efficiently transfer knowledge to our personnel for ongoing maintenance of the reports.
ResponsibilitiesOf The Temporary Financial Analyst
- Develop and Build Reports:
Quickly develop and build workforce planning reports in Power BI to provide visibility and insights for finance and HR teams. - Collaboration:
Partner with finance and HR teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and ensure reports align with organizational objectives. - Data Integrity:
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance in all reports and dashboards created. - Knowledge Transfer:
Effectively transfer knowledge to our personnel to maintain and update the reports and dashboards moving forward. - Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. - Automation:
Identify and implement process automation opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency.
- 2 – 4 years of accounting experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of accounting, Power BI software, and Microsoft Office is required.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
